moved the interfaces from manager to interface, it is compiling but still getting unknown variable error when run

Manage to fix the error regarding not being able to add anything to the source files. fix is in the cmakelists of nodehandle, something something linkers and libraries.

Oh yeah and created a new dyknow interface because apparently it is expected that all your interfaces will be in a seperate package
