Create launch script for intelligence and it's required containers
User Story/Description
A launch script is needed to start all necessary containers and servers for intelligence to make it easier and more accessible to test.

When a launch script for the different packages exist

Thinking about using a environment variable that is checked in the activate script of all required containers and if it's True run the ros2 commands in the container. This would need to be added in the docker-compose file as we
required containers/server:

lhw_nlp: Start 'dialogflow' node -
lhw_qi 1: Start 'animated_speech' & microphone node -
lhw_qi 2: Start 'naoqi_drivers' -
lhw_vision: Start pixel_to_xyz && everything else -
lhw_intelligence: Start 'py_tree' node (do this last) -
lhw_visage 1: Start 'visage_server' webserver -
lhw_visage 2: Start 'visage_analysis' node
