Added so that latency-offsets will work for ListScheduler, added some tests for this and an example

• Changed so that varying latency-offsets will work for ListScheduler.
• Added an example to showcase this.
• Changes misc things in ListScheduler to facilitate this.
• Modified MADS according to previous discusssion and changed the SFG generator for the LDL-algorithm based on this.
• Added some tests to check varying latency-offsets.
• Changed how DontCares are treated to avoid keeping them as variables.
• Made Architecture throw exception when trying to create architecture for algorithm with DontCares. This will become a new issue instead.
