Move processes between PEs

It should be possible to add and remove processes in ProcessCollections and ProcessingElements/Memories.

Also, it should be possible in an Architecture to do this (to avoid having to recreate the architecture).

A major problem is how to access the Process and the ProcessingElement/Memory in a sensible way.
