Removed boost from the auth config, as Puppet does not seem to like the same package being specified multiple times.

Updated the validate script (for things with yum in them) and added an apply script for quicker testing.

Fixed some bugs in the update scripts. Turns out sudo doesn't allow passing Bash functions as environment variables.

It is not yet tested in contexts where it needs to be executed as another user.

Fix module-name in metadata.json.
