Changed command line tools to specify offsets using -b for sector size instead of the 63@4096 format

Added sector size to IMG_INFO and file and volume systems use it instead of 512. Changed istat and mmls -b flags to -B.

Removed disk_stat and disk_sreset because hdparm now has the same functionality and is better maintained

Fix for 2725799 re: wrong endian ordering of UTF16 text in ifind on win32.  Applied use of new Unicode convert function to other places too.
