Added a Release_NoLibs target for Win32 & x64 configurations: 

 - do not define HAVE_LIBEWF & HAVE_LIBZ while building libtsk
 - do not copy libewf.dll and zlib.dll
 - For all EXES, do not link with libewf.lib & zlib.lib
