FD-012: Add zooming and drag effect to the camera

Added zooming so players can zoom in and out on the map, with the zoom moving toward the mouse position for easier control. Players can also drag around the screen by holding the right mouse button. Both zoom and drag have smooth panning for a better feel, and the speed of these actions adjusts automatically based on how high the camera is. The camera movement is limited to stay within the game area, and players can reset the camera to its starting position by pressing "space."
