Jonathan Sjöberg requested to merge sideBarCFT4 into dev

Added a preliminary header and sidebar that should be used on all pages. The size of both is final. Also added color theme using SASS-map (change color by typing c-X0 in bootstrap element class, for example class="c-20") For further information on how to use Bootstrap 5, read Bootstrap 5 documentation.
