move the db_args parse routines to the common library in prep for ank/mod/del princ methods

changes for db_args

changes which permit principal creation to accept db_args

test/stock and test/kldap; setup.bash will provision a new database for testing stock kerberos or kldap database interactions - all passwords randomize during setup.

cleanup naming and extra code.
