Fix Flag (and L-flag in Mia)

A flag register should not have an update_logic method. Hence, the "L-flag" is actually not a flag register. Not sure if one should fake this by a block that is not a register, but still prints and draws as a register.

I think this is a use case for a "signal viewer graphics item".
