Output times now pushed correctly, updated logger and updated Scheduler interface.

  • Updated so that output delta times must now be non-negative, they will be pushed as much as early as possible while still having the delta.

  • Updated logger to better format with correct loglevels.

  • Updated Scheduler interface.

  • Added more parameter checks for ListScheduler.

  • Added more tests.
