This project introduces a method for uncertainty estimation despite non-normal errors, applied to a cardiovascular model. The method is validated by creating 100 bootstraps of simulated 4D flow MRI and cuff pressure data with added sources of errors and comparing the resulting model uncertainty with the true values. The method is also applied to a real clinical dataset.
