Make gmm faster

Felix Hess requested to merge makeGmmFaster into master

Implemented Gaussian Mixture Model for background segmentation. Parameters still need to be tuned. Furthermore the velocity of the code (~2.5 frames/s --> 3,8 min for Walk1.mpg) and postprocessing of the foreground mask (e.g. morphological operations) could be improved.
