No explicit license had been affixed to this project before, but
from now on, the GNU Lesser Public License is used.  Version 3,
or at your option, any later version as published by the Free
Software Foundation.

The only author so far is me, Thomas Bellman, and I have given
myself permission to license this under LGPL v3+. :-)
