When using puppet 5, and references to puppet variables must be done
with '@var' instead of just 'var' (which used to work). This instance
of this problem is only relevant for interfaces that use dhcp and there
are no such interfaces either in bluegrass or in serenity, which is why
it took a while for this to surface.
