Integrate Goal AI (wsm state machine) with AI Core

Now that the communication is working with WSM, we can start to create a framework of easy visual programming of high level tasks in WSM, that are then sent to the AI Core to be ran. We should agree on a message protocol, and then I can start implementing basic functionality since I know Modelica.
