Port Coupling

Description of issue:

Implement a way to connect ports to each other. This means that we should be able to connect operations to eachother through ports.

Issue Requirements:

1. The user should be able to connect ports.
2. The user should be able to disconnect ports.
3. The user should be able to get all ports that a port is connected to.
4. The couplings between ports should be linked bothways.
