Refactor Operations in GUI

Description of issue:

Refactor the representation of operations in the GUI toolbox so that they are not hardcoded.

Issue Requirements:

1. The toolbox should be able to add all the operations from the namespace automagically.
2. The toolbox should support special operations as well.
