Add a flag to add all states and/or variables as features as well.

During the model development phase, it is often useful to check the time curves of all states and/or variables to check for inconsistencies. Now, all states have to be manually added as features, if one wants to check them.

It would be great if we could introduce two flags that toggles setting all states/variables as features as well. Similar to what is possible for the activities.
