Enable export to other formats (AMICI, LaTeX)

It might be preferable to simulate the models as AMICI models, to get access to their ecosystem of optimizers. Also, currently they have no way of creating models from equations (without using MATLAB 2017), and instead rely on SBML. We can fill this gap by dumping amici compatible models.

I (William) have already done most steps with this for IQM models.
